We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company name, telephone number and message you choose to provide. Our server also records ordinary technical information, such as the IP address a submission came from, in order to prevent automated abuse of the form.
We do not use advertising cookies. If website analytics are switched on, that is stated in the cookie notice shown on the site.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and conduct an initial conversation, and to keep a record of our correspondence. If we go on to act for you, your information is used to provide the services we agree. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We may share information with the professional firms engaged on a matter where this is necessary to provide our services, and with our own service providers such as our hosting and email providers. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no longer than is necessary and are then deleted. Records relating to client engagements are kept for the period required by applicable law and professional practice.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to enquiry@jmcgadvisory.com and we will respond.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry records is limited to authorised personnel. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we ask that you do not send confidential or price-sensitive information through the enquiry form.
