Scope of services
JMCG Advisory Ltd provides commercial advisory, coordination and project management services in connection with listings in the United States. It is not a law firm, an audit firm, a broker-dealer, an underwriter, a placement agent or a licensed investment adviser, and it is not authorised to provide legal, tax, audit, underwriting or regulated investment advice in any jurisdiction.
Legal opinions, statutory audits, underwriting, the distribution of securities and regulated investment advice are provided by separately engaged licensed firms, appointed directly by the client on the client's own terms. Where this website describes support for filings, documentation or capital raising, that support is preparatory, coordinating and commercial in nature.
No offer of securities
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, in any jurisdiction. No information on this site is directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to law.
No outcome is promised
A listing depends on regulatory review, exchange approval, investor demand and market conditions, none of which any adviser controls. Nothing on this website should be read as a representation that a listing will be achieved, that it will be achieved within any particular timeframe, or that any particular valuation, price or level of proceeds will be obtained.

They are not engagements of JMCG Advisory Ltd and do not indicate that JMCG Advisory Ltd acted as an adviser on any transaction.
Third-party information
Where we summarise listing standards, regulatory requirements or market data, we do so for general guidance. Those requirements are set and amended by the exchanges and regulators concerned. Always confirm the current position with the official source and your own advisers.
